
Prof. Senyo Adjibolosoo is an esteemed Professor of Economics and an educational visionary best known for his pioneering work on Human Factor (HF) development. With a career spanning over four decades across Ghana, Canada, and the United States, his work emphasizes that the success of any economic or political system depends fundamentally on the integrity and moral character of the people within it. Prof. Adjibolosoo’s academic journey began in Ghana, where he earned a Teaching Diploma from Ada Teacher Training College and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Ghana. He furthered his studies in Canada, obtaining an M.A. from York University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Simon Fraser University in 1988, specializing in Economic Theory and Econometrics. He has dedicated much of his professional life to teaching a wide array of subjects, including: Economic Development and Global Development. Econometrics and its real-life applications. Managerial Economics and History of Economic Thought. The Human Factor in Action, a specialized area exploring the intersection of human character and societal progress. On leadership and global Impact, driven by the belief that "technical skills without human factor integrity led to failure," Prof. Adjibolosoo founded two key organizations: International Institute for Human Factor Development (IIHFD): Established in 1992 to promote research and education on the human factor in development. Human Factor Leadership Academy (HFLA): Founded in 2006 in Akatsi, Ghana, this institution focuses on training a new generation of leaders with high moral character and professional excellence.

Dr. Priscilla Bempah Botwe is a distinguished academic leader, senior lecturer, and human resource management expert currently serving as the Vice Dean of the School of Graduate Studies (ANUSOGS) at All Nations University (ANU) in Koforidua, Ghana. With a career rooted in the belief that academic excellence must be bridged with industry needs, Dr. Botwe has become a pivotal figure in shaping the professional landscape for graduate and undergraduate students alike. Dr. Botwe’s academic journey is marked by a consistent pursuit of knowledge and global perspective. She earned her PhD in Human Resource Management from SHUATS (India) in 2018, following an MBA from SRM University (India) in 2015 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from in Human Resource Management from All Nations University in 2012. Her academic foundation was laid at the prestigious Yaa Asantewaa Girls’ Senior High School. Recognized for her potential early on, she was a recipient of the ANU Faculty Development Program scholarship, which supported her entire higher education journey from undergraduate to doctoral levels. On leadership and Institutional Impact at All Nations University, Dr. Botwe has held several high-impact leadership roles. Vice Dean, Graduate School (ANUSOGS): In Overseeing advanced academic programs and administrative policies. She was the Head of Department (HR) from 2018 to 2026. Under her leadership, the HR Department was named the "Most Enterprising Department" in the School of Business (2021). She is credited with launching the first ANU HR Alumni Association and the ANU HR Heroes Club CSR Project. She also introduced the "Poster Paper Presentation" initiative to foster student research.
